“Lunar Myths” draws from a traditional Urhobo story in which the moon visits a village disguised as a goat. An elderly woman, believing it to be an ordinary goat, captures it, causing the village to remain without moonlight for several nights. The elders eventually discover what happened, retrieve the goat, and the moon returns to its place. Onobrakpeya captures the dramatic moment of the woman's encounter with the disguised moon, using bold lines and energetic movement to transform folklore into a compelling visual narrative.
